Privacy policy

In plain words: we collect the least we need to reply to you, and we do not sell it or share it with advertisers.

Who collects the data

This site belongs to Cipher, an Egyptian software company. For any question about your data, contact us at tahamohamed7778@gmail.com.

The data we collect

We only collect data when you send it through the "Request a service" form:

  • Your name
  • Your mobile number
  • The service you need
  • Your approximate budget (optional)
  • Details about your project (optional)

The site also stores your dark/light mode and language choice on your own device — these are never sent to us.

What we use it for

  • To contact you about your request and prepare a quote.
  • To follow up on the project if we agree to work together.

We do not sell your data, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not send you marketing messages without your consent.

Where it is stored

Requests are stored in a database owned by the Cipher website on its hosting. Only authorised administration accounts can view requests and update their status. The deployed website uses HTTPS to protect data in transit.

Third parties

  • Hostinger: the planned hosting provider for the website and database.
  • WhatsApp: if you contact us through the WhatsApp button, WhatsApp's (Meta's) privacy policy governs that conversation.
  • Hosting: the website hosting provider may process technical connection information needed to serve pages and protect the service.

The site currently uses no advertising or tracking cookies. If we add analytics tools in the future, we will update this page first.

How long we keep it

For as long as it is needed to handle your request and any project that follows. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your rights

You have the right to ask to see the data we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, or to withdraw your consent to its use. Email us at the address above and we will reply and act on your request. (These rights are also set out in Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020.)

Updates

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the last-updated date above.

Service protection and sessions

We use keyed hashes of connection addresses to limit requests and login attempts. Expired rate-limit records are removed as new requests are processed. Administration uses an essential session cookie to authenticate access and protect changes. Hosting may retain technical access logs according to its configuration.
